Oregon winery sues Iowa over its discriminatory law banning them from selling their wine directly to Iowa retailers, while Iowa wineries are allowed to.
and…
Washington brewers sue Idaho over its discriminatory law banning them from selling their beer directly to Idaho retailers, while Idaho brewers are allowed to.

New York distillers sue Washington State over its discriminatory law banning them from selling directly to Washington retailers, while Washington distillers are allowed to.
There are more lawsuits set to be filed that, like those noted above, will challenge the various state laws that need to be eliminated due to their protectionist, discriminatory, and unconstitutional character, and that only serve to diminish and retard sales for both alcohol producers and retailers, while also diminishing choice for consumers.
