Thanks for sharing this. I placed my order and am looking forward to reading it. As much as I love the pleasure of wine, I believe in it as a healthy drink when consumed in moderation, which I do. After all, the only difference between grape juice and wine is the sugar/alcohol switch. But then, the juice has sugar, and you know what they are saying about sugar in our diets.......
