Guys:

I have read of so-called "natural" (sic) wines exhibiting a "mouse-y" character. (See: "The latest on mouse, the wine taint of our times" URL: https://wineanorak.com/2020/04/24/the-latest-on-mouse-the-wine-taint-of-our-times/)

Now you have expanded my lexicon with "lamb-y" and "mutton-y."

Will this descriptor offend the Aussies and the Kiwis who rank first and second in exporting lamb meat in the world?

("As if" the Aussies don't have enough troubles already: "How Chinese Tariffs Soured Australia's Wine Industry." URL: https://www.wsj.com/arts-culture/food-cooking/how-chinese-tariffs-soured-australias-wine-industry-6c04dbd1)

Keep up the hard-hitting investigative journalism, Misters "Woodward" and "Bernstein." I see a David Shaw-like Pulitzer Prize in your futures.

~~ Bob

What better day to write a detailed piece on natural wine. Might hear some natural "whines" from this....
